HOUSTON, Dec. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — WaterBridge Resources LLC (together with its subsidiaries, “WaterBridge”) announced today that its subsidiary WaterBridge Operating LLC has entered into $800 million of debt facilities led by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. with a syndicate of fifteen financial institutions. The debt facilities consist of a $600 million Term Loan A, $400 million of which will be drawn at close and a $200 million delayed draw tranche, in addition to the existing $200 million revolving credit facility. WaterBridge will use the initial Term Loan A proceeds to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and to fund the acquisition of water infrastructure assets from Halcón Resources Corporation described below.
December 19, 2018 DALLAS, Texas – December 19, 2018 – San Mateo Midstream, LLC (“San Mateo”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, San Mateo Black River Oil Pipeline, LLC, has placed into service its crude oil gathering and transportation system in Eddy County, New Mexico (the “Rustler Breaks Pipeline System”) following a successful open season to gauge shipper interest in committed crude oil interstate transportation service on the Rustler Breaks Pipeline System earlier this year. The Rustler Breaks Pipeline System includes approximately 17 miles of 10-inch diameter crude oil gathering and transportation pipelines from origin points in Eddy County, New Mexico to an interconnect with Plains Pipeline, L.P.
October 16, 2018 DALLAS, Texas – October 16, 2018 – San Mateo Midstream, LLC (“San Mateo”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DLK Black River Midstream, LLC (“DLK Black River”), has entered into a long-term agreement with a producer in Eddy County, New Mexico relating to the gathering and processing of such producer’s natural gas production. As a result of this agreement, along with prior natural gas gathering and processing agreements entered into by San Mateo’s other customers, San Mateo has now entered into contracts to provide firm gathering and processing services for over 200 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, or over 80% of the designed inlet capacity of 260 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, at its Black River cryogenic natural gas processing plant (the “Black River Processing Plant”) in Eddy County, New Mexico.
